The best ways to make payments on your account are by mailing payments to the Bursar's Office at Room 1006, Administration Bldg, 2000 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, LA 70148 or your account via telephone ( This service available only during Centralized Fee Payment) or Web-STAR.

Make a Payment
To make a payment via Web-STAR, log on to Web-STAR then go to Learner Services and then click on the option Finances and select the "Make a Payment" option. Only Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted Obtain the amount due from "View Your Account" before making a payment.
