In order to receive a Bookstore Voucher, you must be a financial aid recipient for the semester and meet the following criteria:

1. The anticipated aid reflected on your account is $900.00 more than the amounts owed to the university
2. You must have completed a Title IV Authorization Form, and the form must be on file with the Bursar's Office. You may download a copy of the form at here.

These regulations may require that the student refund and/or repay the financial aid program from which he/she received funds. Students should consult a Financial Aid Counselor before resigning from the University.

The Federal Loan returned would automatically become the students responsibility.

IF YOU ACCEPTED YOUR FINANCIAL AID AND DECIDE NOT TO ATTEND BEFORE OR AFTER THE SEMESTER BEGINS, YOU MUST RESIGN FROM THE UNIVERSITY.
